sudden nset of one side leg swelling in 70s. male patientb . .- د عكاشة الزهوري --وحالة طبية للدراسة --من مصدرها مريض سبعيني رجل-عنده ضغط ويتعالج- كان مدخن ل50 سنة وترك التدخين من 6 اشهر- وعنده شحوم الدم عالية وياخذ علاج فجأة من يومين صار عنده تويم بالساق اليمنى--أهمله قليلا ثم راجع الطبيب كيف تبدأ وتتعامل مع الحالة لا يوجد اي تروما او ضربة المريض على اسبرين 100 ملغ مرة باليوم -

--تورم بالساق يضع احتمال التهاب وريد خثري - او تمزق كيسة بيكر او احتمالات اخرى deep vein thrombosis Baker cyst rupturr gastrecnemus tendon rupture gastrecnemuc harmatoma ....... PT-APTT CT BT ALL NORMAL--ESR NORMAL..we immediatly started heparin sc . in genersl causrs are : include: Acute kidney injury Cardiomyopathy (problem with the heart muscle) Chemotherapy Chronic kidney disease Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). Leg veins have a problem returning blood to the heart.
